Usage Information:

• Personal Use: Feel free to use the clipart for personal projects like cards, scrapbooking, home decor, and more.
• Commercial Use: Use the clipart in your own digital designs (Completed PNGs, Seamless files, logos, social media posts, invitations, etc.) or to create physical products (mugs, t-shirts, prints) for your small business 

   

• You May create designs with them, and use them to sell as digital files as long as 50% of the full design is created by you. Our clipart should only be used a tool. Do not use only our clipart without adding 50% of your own images.

• What You Cannot Do:

  • You cannot resell, redistribute, or claim the clipart as your own.
  • You cannot use the clipart as-is for resale in digital products such as selling the images alone or as part of a new clipart bundle.
  • You CAN NOT claim you designed this.

The design files themselves may not be shared in any way. This includes (but is not limited to) sharing the files via email, USB drive, shared file storage drives or uploading the files on social media.

The design may be produced using equipment that you own and operate. Third party production POD is  permitted without written approval.

You may not modify, recreate, replicate any part of this design. You may take parts of designs to create your own design.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. However, if you encounter a problem with the file, please contact me to resolve the issue.

Liability and Indemnification

The Licensor is not responsible for any legal disputes, claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the Licensee's use of the design(s). The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any claims arising from their use of the design(s).
